Mrs. Farjana Akther passed Bachelor of Business Administration ( BBA ) and also completed Bachelor of Laws ( LLB ). She is the chairman of AR Group, one of the country’s most highly renowned company in Bangladesh. She is a big believer in Business innovation, development to increase efficiency within the work environment and the fostering of overall organizational growth. She is the leading force behind the implementation of based solutions to modernize the business activities and process efficiency. Strategy and Innovation of her visionary leadership can help to making progress of the company. She is the beloved wife of Engr. Arman Hossain, Managing Director of AR Group.

Engr. Md. Arman Hossain passed Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering ( EEE ). He is the Managing Director of AR Group, one of the country’s most highly renowned company in Bangladesh. He started his career in Beximco Power Plant in Beximco Industrial Park. He worked there for about Three (03) years.
After closing his job at Beximco, he started his next carrier in Energypac one of the most renowned company in the engineering sector in Bangladesh. He worked there for about Seven (07) years. Then he joined in Powerbreeze Group. He worked there for about Ten (10) years.
He successfully completed may training & courses in abroad. He successfully completed a fulltime course on 2000M1/G+M3 under MTU ( Rolls-Royce Power Systems ), Singapore. He successfully completed the DEIF AGE Designer Training Course. He attended M1+M3 training course on Series 4000-L61 at Tognum Asia Under MTU ( Rolls-Royce Power Systems ). He participated the course of ECU-7 E3/G+ Delta ECU-8 in Singapore. Also, He participated the course of OED S5/G in Singapore. Also, he successfully completed training session in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in UNIVERSITY OF MALAYA, MALAYSIA. During his long time career in power sector, he had to handle so many issues related to Power Generation and Power distribution systems like supply, installation, testing, commissioning and also maintenance. Engr. Md. Arman Hossain visited many countries like, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Turkey, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Nepal, India, Indonesia etc.
